The win of the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters in the last Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) conference has propelled head coach Yeng Guiao and team owners Raymond Yu and Terry Que to receive top honors from the 2012 PBA Press Corps Annual Awards.

Guaio who guided the team to a win this year will be given the Coach of the Year or the Virgilio “Baby” Dalupan Award while Yu and Que will be acquiring the Executives of the Year with the Danny Floro Award.

Some of the players who will be also be given honors this year are the following:

Jireh Ibanes (Defensive Player of the Year

Mark Caguioa (Comeback Player of the Year)

Larry Fonacier (Mr. Quality Minutes)

Gary David (Scoring Champion)

Meanwhile, forming the All Rookie team are Paul Lee, JV Casio, Marcio Lassiter, Dylan Ababou, and James Sena.

Chot Reyes of SMART-GIlas Pilipinas will also be given a special citation for bringing the Jones Cup back to the country.
