A technological website has reported that the popular photo-sharing application Instagram has reached up to 10 million downloads every month after Mark Zuckerberg reported that its users have reached up to a hundred million users.

Mashable reported on Wednesday that there has been an upward increase in the download of Instagram for the past month.

Instagram which was only applicable in iOS was added to devices run by Android, increasing its availability to more users.

The news came in after Facebook CEO Zuckerberg, which purchased Insatagram a few months ago, divulged at the TechCrunch Disrupt Tech Conference in San Francisco that the app has already reached the 100 million user mark.
