Papa John Pizza chain aims for 100 PHL branches

The Berjaya Group is planning to expand the number of Papa John’s pizza chain in the Philippines from 14 to 100 by 2019.

The Malaysian conglomerate’s CEO Francis Lee divulged that they will start to fulfil their aim by focusing first with Metro Manila. They will install 35 outlets in the country’s capital city before they head to the provinces and introduce the pizza chain.

Lee’s Berjaya Group owns 30 percent of Berjaya pizza which operates Papa John.

Papa John pizza outlets started in 1985 and are now more than 3,300 around the globe.

Papa John can be seen in China, Korea, India, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
